Review of Spokane Civic Theatre production [Link]

I was invited to join the production of Les Miz at Spokane Civic Theatre as Artistic and Stage Director for the production.  Walking in to the first rehearsal on three weeks notice, I met a committed cast and dedicated professional staff who rose to surpass my expectations and achieved my highest hopes for them.
I invite the cast and crew to comment on their experience and how, if at all, this production has affected their relationship with theater, their own craft and their theater community.
